Nervousness

you do not have to apologize for being nervous.

Being worried or slightly frightened; Nervousness (Dictionary Cambridge).

Sweaty palms, nervous butterflies, and can't focus? doesn't it feel familiar? We all have been nervous for a reason, and it is okay to feel nervous in certain things.

The nervous feeling may actually help you to feel motivated and prepared for new challenges (Katharina Star, 2020). Like for example, when you are giving out your presentations to your audiences, and you feel nervous in the inside, it doesn't necessarily means you are nervous in the outside, your listeners may never thought you were (USC, 2021).

Always remember we do not have to apologize for being nervous.

In art, it allows us freely to express our feelings visually, which means, the next time you feel nervous, you have to try to look at it separately from yourself, breathe, and the insight from your surroundings (Sarah McTaggart, 2020). Connecting with creativity makes it a fulfilling way to get in touch with the emotion, it helps us to explore our inner thoughts.
