Stress

Don't worry, you'll pass this, and everything will be finish in no time.

We are all tired sometimes, and no one would understand us. Fustratedirritatednegativity, or even afraid, it all comes into one heavy feeling.

But so, stress is normal to come into our lives, our body reacts to mental and emotional responses (Cleveland Clinic, 2020).

We experience stress from our surroundings, body, and thoughts

Coming in with art-related, by using our creative side helps us to reduce our stress. We may think we are not a good artistic as a kid back then, but that doesn't matter if you couldn't draw good, because there are reasons why art doesn't always have to be done good and why art is a good stress relief tool.

One of the reasons why is that, creating a piece of art helps to decrease stress and helps to adjust the stress in life (Scott, 2020). 

Art makes a positive way to process and manage both past and current emotions (Creating art to relieve stress 2019).

Art doesn't always have to be done by professionals, anyone could do it, because we create pictures that reflects our emotions allowing us to process and relieve stress.
